To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ¼ times the monthly rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $26,250 gross annual income, a two-person household must not exceed $30,000 gross annual income, and a three-person household must not exceed $33,750 gross annual income.
